At Deep Creek Brews & Eats we require any purchaser or acceptor of alcohol purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. The customer also warrants that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol at the time the order is submitted.
WARNING: Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty up to $10,000). Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine up to $2,000 who, being under the age of 18 years, purchases any liquor on or from any licensed premises.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.
The availability information presented on our website is pulled from our stock management system, and is the most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.
All orders require a signature upon delivery and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.
Please address your order to an address where someone is home, or where someone can receive the goods between the hours of 9am to 5pm (i.e Your Work address)
If deliveries are made during Covid Level 4 or Covid Level 3 restrictions, delivery must be contactless. As such, deliveries will be left outside the purchaser’s address, without need for the purchaser’s signature. Deliveries will only be made to addresses within 5km of Deep Creek Brews & Eats, 111 Clyde Rd, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630.
Orders placed and payment accepted by 2pm, Monday – Saturday for items in Stock will ship the same day as ordered (see shipping methods). Orders placed and credit approved anytime Sunday for items in Stock will ship on the following Monday. These cutoff times are a guideline and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.
Free freight is for all orders within 5km of our brewpub, 111 Clyde Rd, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630.
All orders are insured at no additional charge.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS
Deep Creek accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Union Pay cards. We do not charge your card for an item until it is shipped. All orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
Note: The Name that will appear on your credit card statement will be ‘DC Browns Bay’.
All goods are billed in NZ Dollars.

We do not accept payment via any other method.
CHANGES AND ERRORS
We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturing restrictions, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items. We will endeavour to contact you should this occur.
OUR GUARANTEE, CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We are committed to keeping our product in the best possible condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining clearly the nature of your complaint or dissatisfaction. Any complaints will be handled quickly and efficiently, and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to complaints within five working days and to keep the customer informed about progress of any complaint at regular intervals.
We pride ourselves on our personal levels of service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, then please return the items to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging and we will refund you the value less the delivery costs. Please note that the postage and cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer or purchaser. Please email us prior to sending any back so we can issue a returns number.
All Returns must be sent back via Trackable Courier Only.
Unfortunately, breakages occasionally happen in transit, in this instance please let us know immediately and we will refund in full your broken items. Refunds will be in the form of a gift voucher to the value of the broken product, and a proportion of the freight costs.
The customer has the authority to ask for their contact details to be deleted from our system.

Deep Creek Brews and Eats Limited – NZ Company Number 776 2576, Trading as Deep Creek Brews & Eats, is located at 111 Clyde Rd, Browns Bay, Auckland, NZ, 0630, is the holder of a Liquor License 007/OFF/33/2021 (Deep Creek Brews & Eats Ltd). Any sales of alcohol made via this internet site will be made on that liquor license. The applicable law for transactions for the purchase of alcohol on this internet site are the laws of New Zealand. The Laws of Sale and contract by any other country do not apply. By placing an order with www.deepcreekbrewbar.co.nz, you accept that the ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment and dispatch of the goods from our warehouse. All product will arrive to you Duty and GST Paid. You will not be liable for any additional charges.
